MUDr. Otakar Lucák was born in Teplice v Čechách, but now lives with his family in Havířov, not far from Ostrava, the biggest city in Northern Moravia, where he has been practising his private plastic surgeon profession for 10 years. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from University Palackého in Olomouc in 1985.
